Kusadasi International Golf Resort is the first residential golf resort in Turkey.It features
A full 18 hole 6000m golf course,built to USGA standards.The course is being designed and developed by Aymerich Golf of Spain,who are professionals in all aspects of golf course development from design to construction and all the way through to management.

The resort is situated at between 230-290 metres above sea level in 1,446,000square metres of naturally undulating land which on one side is boundaried by protected National Park.The lie of the land will provide a challenging test of golf to the better than average player but ,by using clever course planning and layout ,will not be too difficult for the beginner.The other feature of the undulating land is that the majority of properties within the resort will benefit from stunning views,be they sea,golf or mountain.

The properties are within a fully self contained 5 star resort and range from 1 bedroom apartments up to 4 bedroom detached villas.The residential area is a private 24 hr secured area with numerous, on resort ,facilities,featuring indoor heated swimming pool,spa centre,fitness centre,supermarket,resuarant,shop,tennis courts,volleyball,childrens play area,aquapark and management office for car hire,local excursions,shopping trips and cultural visits.
